Support Staff Workshop

The Support Staff workshop is sponsored biennially by the Professional Development Committees for the Iowa Association of College Admission Counseling (IACAC) and the Iowa Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (IASFAA). In 2006 we hosted nearly 100 support staff professionals from throughout the state, representing both Financial Aid and Admission Offices. This workshop is especially designed for those who work behind the scenes and on the front lines of our offices keeping us on our toes! Secretaries, administrative assistants, processors, analysts and other support staff positions are invited to attend.

The workshop will be held at the DMACC campus in Newton, IA on Thursday, July 17th from 9:30 - 3:00 pm.  Lunch will be included. The workshop will have a variety of sessions to help you put a "Personal Signature" on your customer service, manage stress and budget time, not to mention many other topics. The registration fee for the workshop is $20.
