Pam will give Tara Kamin all of the information for program
printing by deadline. Pam check registration this morning – 59
total registrants: 55 full conference registrants, 4 for Thurs.
only.
Pam will send another reminder early next week and also the week of
Mar. 16 since deadline is Mar. 20

Vendor registration has been made available – 4 registered as of
3/5/09.

Pam will work with Susan Ladd re: newcomers.

Sessions: Verification 101: Carol Bogaard presenting. Veterans
Benefits – Pat Buttin (DMAC) presenting. Changes to FAFSA:
everything okay with Julie Molenburg being included. 10 Ways to
Counsel: Deb Barry (ICAN). Entrance/Exit Counseling: Natalie
Girardi presenting.

Pam will work with Joan on assigning rooms to the sessions.
Gisella has forwarded moderator information to Tara. Chad
confirmed that Joan has the meals established.

Entertainment – Chad will rent any Wii games we want. Jobyna
Johnston will work with Heather Norris on Thurs. night set-up.
